1. To provide commercial support and analysis to the new ventures and business development team primarily focusing on projects in Malaysia.
2. To ensure that strategic contacts are developed, strengthened, and maintained within PETRONAS, Joint Venture partners, and other companies in order to support ROC in its successful execution of the D35 Project and other assets the Company may acquire in Malaysia. Such strategic contacts shall be developed at multiple levels, including the everyday working groups, right up to Presidential/Chairperson/Ministerial levels.
3. To endeavor to demonstrably improve the Company’s profile, reputation, and brand both within Malaysia and externally, aiming to become the natural “Partner of Choice” for ROC Oil.

1. Degree in either business management, engineering, geosciences or related discipline
2. Masters Degree (MBA) in general business with strategic planning and commercial acumen (added advantage)
3. Minimum of 15 years of Industry Experience i.e. strong technical foundation in upstream oil and gas operations, reservoir engineering, and/or asset management.
